1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to and participating in the Mzar Ambassador Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules we may communicate to you. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not apply or participate in the Program.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Program, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) reside in the United States, Canada, or a European Union member state; (c) maintain an active, publicly accessible social media profile on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube; and (d) have an engaged audience with a genuine interest in Islamic culture, spiritual travel, or related topics. Mzar reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. Ambassador Responsibilities
As a Mzar Ambassador you agree to: (a) promote Mzar's services honestly and accurately using only approved messaging and branding assets; (b) clearly disclose your relationship with Mzar in all content in accordance with applicable advertising laws (e.g., FTC guidelines in the US, ASA rules in the UK); (c) refrain from making false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Mzar, its products, partners, or competitors; (d) not use the Mzar name, logo, or trademarks without prior written approval; and (e) promptly notify Mzar of any customer complaints or issues you become aware of.
4. Commissions & Payments
Ambassadors earn a commission on qualifying bookings made through their unique referral link or code. Commission rates, payment thresholds, and payout schedules are communicated in your Ambassador Dashboard and may be updated by Mzar with 30 days' prior notice. Commissions are only payable on fully completed, non-refunded bookings. Mzar reserves the right to withhold or clawback commissions on fraudulent or reversed transactions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding assets, and materials provided to Ambassadors remain the exclusive property of Mzar. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use these materials solely for Program promotion. You may not sublicense, sell, or transfer these rights. Any content you create featuring Mzar branding must be submitted for approval before publication unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about Mzar's business, technology, pricing, or strategy that you become aware of through the Program. This obligation survives termination of your participation.
7. Term & Termination
This agreement is effective from the date your application is approved and continues until terminated by either party. Mzar may terminate your participation immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or act in a manner that damages Mzar's reputation. You may withdraw from the Program at any time by notifying Mzar in writing. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mzar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program. Mzar's total liability to you shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and, where applicable, the laws of the Ambassador's country of residence. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
10. Changes to These Terms
Mzar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or your Ambassador Dashboard at least 30 days in advance. Your continued participation in the Program after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
